The vehicle interior was dirty, stained, and door kick panel on the driver's side was damaged, left rear bumper was scuffed. The manager did not take responsibility for the damages and insinuated since his workers did not work inside the vehicle then, it must have been me who damaged/stained the interior. Completely dissatisfied with the customer service. I had to call and inquire for updates. I received a text the day I picked up my car saying I will be updated during the process. The body damage which needed repair was repaired, and it was unnoticeable. However, everything else was disappointing.

Good communication with me and good coordination between Two Guys, USAA and Enterprise. i like cheerful, complete, transparent interactions in the common office space. I felt like I knew what to expect at all times. Car damage and repair is always unpleasant, Two guys made it as smooth as possible under the circumstances.
