The repair was well done. We were kept well informed at all stages of the repair. The truck looks better than when we bought it in my opinion. All I could say about my truck is WOW. Even the cleaning of the inside was amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my truck.

Completely dissatisfied with not only the customer service but also the workmanship of Portsmouth Auto Body. I will not refer to friends and family and I will not return in the future(unless of course I'm living up to your lifetime warranty). When leaving an expensive vehicle in your shop it should not be returned in poorer condition than when it drove in the door. Just to list a few things this included a broken headlight, chipped front panel, grinder pieces all over in paint, dents not even touched (for hail damage repair) and glue all over the walls and interior leather. These issues caused my jeep to be put back into your shop for a longer period of time for fixing. I also had a windshield being fixed but was never told that my initial quote had actually gone up and I needed to fork over extra money when picking up my car--until the day of. Meanwhile I was told that in compensation for this my "rental" was being covered--when in all reality my rental was being covered due to poor workmanship of your shop. Oh and to make a woman feel bad that you "comped" the $500 headlight.. Buddy-you guys broke it, it wasn't broke when I brought it in so yes. You pay for it.

We had our Ford Explorer in for minor front end damage. The first time the car was dropped off on 3/7 and was told it should be ready by 3/9. I was then told 3/10 then 3/11 then 3/14. They had the car for **** week. Upon picking up my vehicle on 3/14 I noticed that there was a rubbed through spot on the bumper cover and the replaced flare and lower cover were covered in scratches. We contacted the insurance and Mark Wetherell. I brought the vehicle back on Tuesday March 15 th. He said he had to order parts and would let us know when we could bring it back in. He said that they would fix it to our satisfaction. 2 weeks went by and we did not hear from them. We called on March 28th and was told oh I was going to call you the parts are in and bring it in on Wednesday March 30th. I just picked up the explorer and it is worse than the first repair. Whit touch up paint was used on the area on and it doesn't match. There is a new scratch on the fender above where the fender flare was replaced. The left side if the bumper cover (the opposite of the initial repair.). it is not even aligned and is sticking out ****/4-****/2 inch. There is touch up paint on the edge and dripped on the bumper cover. We are absolutely dissatisified and had given them a second chance to fix it and it is worse than the first time. I absolutely will not return and have informed the quality department at Met Life.

The bill as a little higher than expected but the great service and detailing job on the finished vehicle, both inside and out was appreciated and made up for it.
