I was pretty frustrated with the severe lack of customer communication! You had my car for a week and a half and didn't reach out to me at all. It wasn't until I called you that you communicated that you were waiting for an estimate from my insurance adjuster. Only to find out that the insurance adjuster had already e-mailed you the estimate, how did you miss that?!?
Even after that I still had to call you just to know what was going on with my car, which was with you for three weeks!!
I will NEVER be returning to your auto shop again, you need to seriously reconsider your communication style!

They are delightful folks to work with and did the work within the time allotted which was quick.The only reason it's not complete satisfaction is that there was a small wrinkle in the paint which they are fixing next week. I'm confident that will be done well.
