****) Took over a week to get a quote. After waiting a few days, USAA had to call to request it. 2) Seemed that parts were not ordered at time car was brought in for evaluation / quote. I say this because I had to call after a week of not hearing from Schmaucher on part status. Then after I called to check on the part status, it was not until the following week that I could schedule the repair (indicating part was just ordered after my prompt to check on part delivery) 3) Lionel never meet my wife to discuss repair when the car was brought in as he promised. This while she had to wait In the service area for an hour (waiting for rental car service pick up). 4) Told it was going to be a one day to repair. It took two. 5) When car was supposed to be ready, it wasn't. Tail light was loose and had to wait for service to hot glue tail light. Lionel was not available. 6) Arrived home and interior panels above wheel hub had been removed but were not replaced. Overall service for a very simple fix was extremely poor. Very disappointed.

My service person was Rob the collision center was overbooked however Rob was able to accommodate me and repair was completed in a timely manner .i received updates on progress repair of my vehicle which o liked tremendously. Schumacher Collision Center/body shop receives my recommendation.

The headlights were not fully checked out operatipnally, I have to bring the Car Back to have front left high beam checked, does not work when high beams turned on, I can not get it back toRob Howe til week of Jan. 4th, I live on Leesburg Florida????????????

I'm very happy with the repairs them self. unhappy with the service I received trying to get my car the woman at the front desk was very rude, that's all I'm going to say about her because it upsets me greatly.
