I was very pleased with the constant communication. It was much appreciated to always know the status of our vehicle.

The work is impecable. The only negative comment I have is that....I was told it would be ready 7 days after the parts arrived,then work completed..I very much appreciated the timely manner of the repair. I explained to Sabrina that I am totally disabled, & had no income & was waiting on a loan being wired. When she called the car was ready,I reminded her. Her demeanor completely changed & she became extremely rude & unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I were beneath a human & undeserving of any respect. It was very traumatic & hurtful. Each conversation after was consistent....she was demeaning & rude. Pamplins has done work for me before & has always done a wonderful job, however, I feel Sabrina is no better than I & might think about the fact that "a car accident did this to me & anyone's life can be changed in an instant ". EVEN HERS!!!!!!! Thank you Mr. Pamplins & all other unmentioned staff.
