They were great with always keeping me informed. Only down thing is that they were supposed to reach out regarding a concern I had after I got my car back and they said they would call when the part came in a week later and it has been 2 weeks

Didn’t secure my vehicle inside the bob wired fence. Which gave someone the ability to try a crowbar unsuccessful entry. Then denied that happened on there premises. When checking each defect when during initial inspection. I have that paper. And had the gall to tell me it didn’t happen on their property. Which they haven’t heard the last from me. Also, I went on a errand went to open my door , he handle came out in my hand. My door panel was damaged by you. The place would never be recommended by me ever. Two thumbs down.

EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE REPAIR ON THE VEHICLE LOOKS GREAT AND WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MEISNER PAINT & BODY SHOP TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS SOME REPAIR.
