I brought my car in on a Monday and was told on Wed that work was starting on it. Why not drop it off Wed, then? It took 8 calendar days to complete and this is after waiting over a month for the appt. That seems like a long time. I appreciate them staying past 5 so I could pick my car up (I think we got there at 5pm and had to wait a bit for it to be done). It was nice and clean when I got it.
