Friendly to work with and thankfully, since my vehicle was drivable, they waited until parts arrived to take my vehicle in for repair. I was quite impressed when I received my vehicle back. When I got in initially, it appeared to have been detailed on the inside. A few days later when I went to unload groceries is when disappointment set in. There were grease/work finger prints all along my headliner where they had put it back in (after removing it to make repairs), my headliner is not fitting correctly now, there is dust all along my back windows, and my middle seatbelt was not re-installed correctly. The body work on my vehicle appears to be done well, tho I don’t know exactly what I’m looking at. However, the attention to detail on the interior of my vehicle is quite upsetting. We have filled the survey out accordingly, at this point, and we are waiting to hear back from the collision center to see if they offer to make things right.(Same review as posted on Facebook).

Everyone was super helpful and they even cleaned out the inside of my car! (Which was incredibly dirty since I live on a muddy dairy farm.). In a time when it’s hard to find anyone who even wants to get a job, it was amazing to find people who not only did a great job, they went above and beyond! Thank you so much!!

I have a few blemishes in paint job not neat

You can obviously tell my bumper was replaced, it’s not flush at all on one side. When I picked it up after getting my new headlight it was even more noticeable. Didn’t expect it to look like a brand new car bumper but also didn’t expect it to be sticking out that way. Understand things are not going to be perfect especially after an accident, nothing is guaranteed. I’ve avoided going back to the shop because I don’t want to get told there’s nothing they can do about it or come off like I’m complaining or ungrateful but I would prefer it not look that way. The initial concerns I had regarding the piece sticking out underneath my car and the broken glass with my inspection stickers were acknowledged which I appreciate nonetheless.

My dissatisfaction is completely about the current status of our car not about Customer Service or friendliness. The latter was excellent. We never saw the details of the cost of repair versus the determination to declare the car totaled. The car was my parents and was in good running order. it just needed bodywork done. I believe that the determination should have been based upon our need for this car ( because the accident was not our fault) the functioning status of the car and how partial repair could’ve allowed the car to still be used

You did not do any repairs on my car. Instead you gave an estimate to my insurance that gave them the feul to total a car that could have been repaired.

Parts were damaged during replacement, lights that were replace do not work and damaged areas missed.
