This is our second experience with GSC in the last 4 months (both non-at-fault incidents) and, once again, the experience was great. The process for getting our vehicle in, getting our rental through our insurance carrier, updates during the repairs, and the finished product couldn't be better. Job well done!

Georgia Square Collision and GEICO were nothing short of stellar as they turned a pretty cruddy situation into an overall great experience. My wife's vehicle was backed into in a parking lot while she was at work. This incident happened on a Wednesday. I made a call to GEICO the next day and she had us in that afternoon to drop the vehicle off and had a rental waiting for me when I got there. Joseph looked over everything with your technician and even pointed out some damage that I had not noticed. I received a call the next day and was told the car should be ready the following Wednesday. Low and behold, we get a call from Scott on TUESDAY letting us know the vehicle was ready. Very surprised to hear back a day early and even more surprised to get there and see the quality of the work - ABSOLUTELY BETTER THAN NEW! Your guys did it, did it right, and got it done ahead of schedule. EXCELLENT job and couldn't be happier with the work. And for GEICO, Joseph also worked on the diminished value part of the claim for us to see what we could get back for the depreciation of the car after the accident. He called a couple of days later to let us know that, after reviewing everything, he could cut us a check for $400. Great news since our deductible was $500. All in all, a great service experience all around with both parties. Two HUGE thumbs up! ~Brian

I was highly pleased with the body work that was repaired. However, I was not pleased with the condition in which my car was returned to me. I had the expectation of my car being returned to be in at least the condition it was brought to you but honestly I would expect it to be even better than that. I expected the car to be detailed once the body work was complete. My car was repaired and that was it. I am very particular about my car and keep it very clean. When I received my car back, there was dirt all over my seats and black scuff marks on the seats which were not there when I left my car initially. A panelling piece in the floor of my car was popped out of place when I received my car back, again it was not that way initially. There was black goo on the inside handle of my car. Also, there was dust all in my car. I am aware the undergoing body work and in a repair shop, dust is to be expected. I would also expect my car to get slightly dirty when it is being repaired. With that said, I would also expect for my car to be cleaned and returned to me in AT LEAST the condition I brought it in. So my disappointment is result of these factors. I did have the employee that checked my car out of the shop come look at my car, he did clean up as much of the dirt that was possible and I am aware that it was not him who left my car in this condition. But I expected it be ready and clean when I received the call that my car was "ready".

The customer service and professionalism of ALL your staff was outstanding. Being an elderly widow, I am always on edge when leaving my car for service, however I was kept in the 'loop' by your folks every step of the way.
