There was absolutely no communication on the part of Jordan Valley I was not informed that my car would not be ready on the estimated day I did not know until 4pm on the day I was supposed to pick it up and the only reason I found out was because I called to ask if I could pick my car up. Robbie had no reasoning for why I was not contacted earlier and kept blaming the supplier and that he just found out about the missing part. I was offered to have money off my deductible and when I went to pay there was no money taken off my deductible and was told that I never accepted the offer so they just didn’t go through with it. Overall this was a terrible experience and someone needs to improve communication because this is something that could have been solved with a two minute conversation which you failed to do. I will not be coming back to this establishment and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use this establishment either.

The Hatch liftgate is fine on passenger side but I can see through the gap on the driver's side and can put up to 4- fingers into vehicle allowing dust, dirt, rain, air, sound to enter vehicle. Snow & road chemicals during Winter. How they could NOT Know or see it is beyond me. Of course I had to pay for vehicle to be released so I could see it the vehicle just days before going on a vacation. What a mess. I bought another vehicle since I can't drive it for 60 days until the paint cures. How could anybody autobody repair man not see it is NOT Fixed?

I was sooooooo impressed with this company! What wonderful customer service and the employees there are so personable! I highly recommend this place. They are the best ones in town for auto body work and I would say in the surrounding towns as well!
