Not really. I found my car parked outside in the weather unprotected. No windshield or plastic covering. I was told that my car was finished and ready for pickup just to find that there are still dents on both the left and right strips next to the windshield. I could see the dents standing 6ft from the vehicle as i approached. A $145 Streamlight flashlight was found missing when I picked the car up. Tell me, how happy would you be? ????

You were able to repair a fender rather than replace it. By doing so, you were able to refinish within a panel that also helped keep costs down. They only painted my back right side of my truck which looks good but they wouldn’t buff the whole right side so now on a brand new 2018 I have two different colors so I have to take it to another auto body shop so I can get a matching truck they told me they don’t match paints which I never heard of that before. I took my truck to two other body shop two get estimates before bringing it them they all had buffing on them.

Great Plains did a fantastic job touching up my vehicle when I had a dent and scratched paint to repair. They went out of their way retouching the paint when it didn’t set right the first time and made sure that it was done with the utmost quality. I would highly recommend anyone to use them for their vehicle.

Absolutely “Top Drawer” outfit. Bryn is fantastic as the customer service representative having what seems to be never ending positive energy. Dianna at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the overall process of handling the paperwork. Finally, the company’s use of technology kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs.
I should also mention that the quality of work was excellent. Other body shops can do excellent work as well, however, it was the overall customer service I received that will keep me going to the 109th and Maple facility and I’ll tell everyone I know to do the same!
