Customer service was awful. It was a nightmare to call in and have questions answered. The "project manager" was always in a meeting and had to call back. Other employees were incapable of answering questions about my car. On more than one occasion I was told you did not have my car or you did not know where it was. Work was done on my car that was not authorized (touching up a scratch) and it literally looks like someone used a bottle of white out on the side of my car. I also lost a day of work because my car was not ready on the day we were told. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
