Was told car would be completed in 2 days. On second day I showed up and they forgot to repair the bumper. Ended up taking 7 days to repair. I had to pay for overage on rental car. I was also told by my insurance company, if I chose a partner repair shop (Maxton was a partner) my car would be cleaned on the inside and out before it was returned. the inside was not touched and the outside was just hosed off. I also asked for the office to call my cell as I work 5 mins. from the shop. Both calls went to my home. If I would have not just driven by to see my car sitting outside, I would not have known until the following day.
My truck was hit by someone else and their insurance was covering the repairs. The truck ran perfect before but makes more noise now than before I brought it to you.

We dropped off our Chevrolet Malibu for fix a few scratches following a small fender bender. When we picked up the vehicle and got it home, we noticed a new scratch in the area of repair that was not fixed. We have called and left messages, but no one has called back. We feel that we are being avoided, and Jack Maxton Chevrolet, but no one has called back.
No advised me in exactly what has been done.
I recieved a statement and was asked to sign the check.
Keys given to me and I was off to check out my Malibu myself.

All aspects from start to finish went very smoothly.
I was pleased when i was called and told my car was done 2 days early. When picking up my car no one went over what work was done. After going to work I found that the wheel was not replaced - still see the damage - and question if the alignment was done since it was not on the invoice and my steering wheel still is not centered. I have spoken to my service adviser and told to schedule a return visit and wait while it is done.

Everyone with whom I interacted did a great job handling my issue. I called in Monday morning and asked if I could get in quickly to get my car repaired after scraping it against a pillar in my work parking garage. The person on the phone was empathetic to my plight and told me to bring the far in that afternoon for an estimate. The person who handled my estimate was thorough and efficient, and told me that if I brought the car in on Tuesday morning, I could have it back Wednesday evening. When I brought it in Tuesday morning, that attendant also demonstrated good service and a good attitude as he wrote me up. He said I should indeed be able to get my car back the next day, but they would notify me of the progress, and I would know quickly if they needed more time. I received text updates on the next day, and the car was ready early that afternoon. The woman at the service desk was friendly and upbeat; and while I was there, she calmly and very professionally handled another client who had a complaint. My car was repaired beautifully - and looked just like new! I appreciate the fast turnaround, the excellent work, and the good customer service I received from all the staff!

The interior of the truck was filthy from the work that was done on my truck. Also Brian was told to have the service center to do a back flush, which was not done
