The only thing that I would change, is that expectations on the repair time frame should be better set up front. It took a few weeks longer than i was originally led to believe.

Very very good
Excellent service by the examiner todd. I am really happy to see my car in a new shape. On time delivery no drama, no sentiment. But the rental car enterprise experience wasn't good. The guy sold a protection plan which I wasn't aware of it that I have to pay out of pocket. He didn't give me clear explanation when he had me sign the for. I thought the insurance will cover but I ended up paying some $188 for no reason. He process my bill even before informing me. That's cheating with client.
Connie was very kind and happy to greet us. Alex was very professional and kind as well. I was very happy with all of the service and support we received. It was very easy to be able to do it all at one place instead of paying farmers for the deductible and the shop for the work.
Professionally done and great customer service
The only complaint that I have is that I was not notified until after 5:00 that my vehicle was done. This meant I had to pick it up the next morning, costing me a day in the rental car that was not covered by insurance. If I was given a heads up to be ready to pick up that day, I could have made it. But by the time you called, it was too late to make it before 6:00.

Isaac was always very friendly on the phone. Alex kept me updated about the status of my car & let Farmer's know that I needed the rental for additional days. Also the Jesse's at Enterprise held a truck for me when he knew that I was coming.
Great job, worked with the insurance company. Got the job done right and fixed the damage in less than a week. The car looks great.
