My experience with Hinshaws body shop impressively exceeded my expectations. My knowledge of vehicles is not very strong so I'm never sure if I'm being taken advantage of when it comes to maintenance/repairs on my vehicle. Kim took this into account and was very informative and specific in letting me know what was happening to my vehicle and why it was happening. This put my mind at ease and ensured that if anything happens in the future I will undoubtedly be returning to this specific body shop. Thank you Kim!

I could not believe the incredible service I received through hinshaws, geico, and enterprise. All three reprenitives were there from each company to help make the process flow so easily. They all were so helpful and extremely courteous and professional. I dropped my car off Monday morning, and my car was ready Wednesday afternoon. My bumper looks brand new, they did an excellent job repairing it. I would highly recommend Hinshaws. 5 stars!

The staff were all very nice, and the work was completed very well. However, the estimated completion date kept changing and was postponed multiple times. I understand they had to wait for parts to come in, but it would be helpful to have a more realistic estimate of the completion date to be able to plan accordingly. Thanks.

First and foremost I must say, the quality of workman is second to none which is why I've been bringing all my vehicles to Hinshaws since 2006. But there seems to be a disconnect between myself and the estimators as this is not the first time I've experienced this problem. Here are my most recent unfortunate incidents. I Asked to have my vehicle ready any other day of the week but Friday because Friday's just don't work for me. So when was I told my car would be ready?.FRIDAY. I asked not to have the hood emblem that was to be replaced, not installed and just given to me instead as I was going to remove it anyway and what happened? It was installed. Requested to make sure that LED foglight bulbs that I just installed were reused as they were working anyway and not damaged in the accident and what happens? The (more expensive) LED bulbs that I just installed were replaced with OEM bulbs. Made the same request with my headlight bulbs but haven't checked them yet (but should I have to)? All this after I was told by the estimator that the technician would be may aware of my requests. My only point of contact is the estimator and I make sure to stay in touch with them to the point of where I may become a bit of a nuisance. But it's to make sure instances like this don't happen. But they still do. I'm very frustrated.

Other than confusion about insurance and wanting me to pay a deductible for someone else hitting me, hinshaws has always done right by me. Probably why I've purchased 5 cars there.

It was a very easy, fast process to bring my car in, have it looked over, get a rental car and be on my way. Communication was great and I picked up my car on Saturday afternoon and it looks great. I'm probably an easy customer as I just wanted it fixed. I have to say that I was sooooo GLAD to get back in my Altima after spending 2 ****/2 days in that Cooper Mini. I'm not complaining (really) but it wasn't the most comfortable car I've ever driven and not very intuative. (Where is the window switch? How do I get the key out?)

I really enjoyed the way I was treated by the Manager Tom Walters. He was very knowledgeable and understanding to what was important to me. If I ever need anymore bodywork, or know anyone that needs, bodywork I will definitely refer him to HINSHAW'S!

Great job on everything! Had a new bumper placed which only took a couple days for them to order and receive, and the work was completed in less than a day! Was very happy to not be without a car for more than a day, and very pleased with the appearance and work performed. Communication was never followed through. We were told on several occasions I will call you by the end of the day- never happened. I appreciate the loaner car for the last day. The work done looks good. Communication would be the only thing I feel would of made this a better experience. Thank you, Mark & Tammy Haas
