My car looks like it was never hit. They did a beautiful job. If and when I have another accident I will definitely come back to Hinshaw Autobody. On top of their beautiful work their customer service was incredible. The gals in front were friendly and helpful and Adrienne was amazing. She went above and beyond anything I would have expected. There is scratch that’s visible where the repair was done. When we asked Hinshaw’s adjuster after we picked up the car, he simply said it wasn’t included on the estimate that was submitted to insurance. And why is that? That’s not our fault that he missed it. It was part of where the car was hit. So disappointed with Hinshaw. I hope this gets resolved. I plan to call our insurance and BBB to file a complaint.

Not quite but am satisfied that Tom (estimator?) understood my concerns and extended his help to resolve the issue with next visit once part comes in. Very professional with his calm approach towards my concerns. I respect that in him.

Kim was fantastic through the whole process. She was communicative, professional, and answered all my questions easily throughout the whole process. Whoever did the repair also did a stellar job, you can't tell I was ever rear ended! It was a really nice touch my car was returned vacuumed with a fresh car wash. You guys really made my day and made the best of a not so great situation! I'd recommend you any day of the week.
