It was a little lengthy process, nonetheless, it turned out as expected. I appreciate the workers attention to detail to make sure they produced an excellent product. This was my second experience with Classic Collision and I would truly recommend this business for car repairs over any other. They have gained my confidence. I have to return my car on Monday because there is something wrong with the driver rear tire. It is very shaky as if the tire will come off. The car rides terrible. Will return car on Monday. I spoke to Trey Cool who told me it was okay to drive it, the tire won’t come off and he have to contact Progressive. He did not follow up but I did and contacted the claim adjuster at Progressive. Hope to get all of this taken care of on Monday 4/****/2019. I will not be driving the car over the weekend for fear something might happen. Artricia H

Asked to be updated every other day and I never received any updates and my car was there approximately two weeks. I also asked for an additional estimate and failed to get it while other work was being repaired on my car. However, Mrs. Linda at the front desk was beyond amazing!!

After the repair was completed there was still a bubble/ crack where the initial hit from the accident happened. It was suppose to be fixed and the small damage was still visible to the eye. I am not satisfied with the finished work.

The work that was done on my car should have been completed within a week, no more than two weeks, and you all had my car over 30 days. Then when I picked my car up, and looked in my loose change area, all the change I had in there was completely gone. It was only $3-$4 in change, but the fact that someone cleaned all the change out, and left an empty lemonhead wrapper in the change area is theft and unprofessional. I really don’t know if I will ever come back there again, or recommend you all to anyone. Stealing change out of customers cars, no matter the value, is not acceptable.
