I picked up my car shortly before close, before the New Year's weekend and so by the time I got car seats and everything transferred back to my car , everyone else had left. I turned my car on and there was a warning light that has yet to be resolved.

Always loved artistic auto body. it was not their fault Geico was too cheap to pay for a $4.95 license plate cover that was destroyed in the accident as well as one of the two fog lights. I would highly recommend Artistic and have been using them for years, they are best people. Needless to say Geico are lizards.

Nicholas went the extra mile to explain things to us, including advice about paint issues separate from our actual job. He even cleaned off some sticky stuff that didn’t have anything to do with the items repaired. And the repairs looked great too.

I liked the way Geico, and Artistic partnered to provide a well-coordinated analysis of what was needed to repair the vehicle, as well as giving me a one-stop experience, including the rental car. I feel horrible that they cleaned my interior of my Chevy when I had it full of sand and pumpkin patch debris. I had no intention of making you work hard to make it nice for pick up. Beyond customer service! Thank you! Disappointed with my part issue but out of your hands and do hold you accountable.

Worst experience I have ever had with repairing a car. You cut cost and replaced the front sensors with a cheap version which does not work properly. They go off constantly while driving the car. They need to be replaced with same product from same company they were originally purchased from. In fact I should have been made aware that you were not replacing them from same company. It leads me to believe you cut costs with entire repair. It took 2 months for a repair to be completed and now I have to bring the car back. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with your company.

The team did a great job. The back of my van looks great from the accident. I did notice; however, that my floor mat in the trunk was ripped creating a hole possibly due to the extensive repairs and was not replaced. I didn’t notice before we dropped off the van so I’m assuming the hole in the floor mat was made larger due to the repair work. Other than that, great work.
