As you were aware, we were told last week to expect the repair to be completed in 4 days--after 4:00. It was not made clear that you close at 5! No one was there when I showed up after work at 5:10. Regardless, I came the next morning to pick up the car only to be told that it would not be ready for another week! No communication was sent regarding this. We also wound up paying $9/day for the extra insurance which was supposed to only cost us for 4 days. We will pay now for about 12 days due to an accident that was totally not our fault. Been to Skuffy’s a few times, they are always helpful in getting my vehicle fixed. If I am not happy with anything, they will always take care of it with no problems.

Overall a very good experience. I found the front end customer service very friendly, patient and efficient throughout the process. This includes the in house Geico rep, Enterprise rep, front desk clerk, and shop manager(s). I especially liked the email communication during the repair. Although I had to move the process along at the Geico end with numerous phone calls in the end the insurer delivered. The bumper is much improved from the rear end damage sustained during the incident. Im not sure its a new bumper, but holds up well upon close inspection including fit, finish, exterior plastic plugs and rear back up sensor all restored. Also appreciated was a car wash upon vehicle pick up as this shop goes above and beyond in its professionalism. I will recommend to friends and family needing vehicle repair especially in the Huntington area. Thanks to the entire team at Skuffy!
