I had an expectation, going in that the repair would be completed well, but the process would be a pain. I expected to need to jump through hoops, a lack of communication, and require several follow up steps to make sure my car was being worked on and returned smoothly.
None of that occurred. Artistic exceeded all expectations. I would even label the experience as pleasurable.
