The process of getting my car fixed was seamless from start to finish. From the intake of the car to dealing with insurance to getting text message updates, the whole team was wonderful. My car looked perfect when I picked it up. Special shout out of Rosie (Rosa?) for being so warm and kind when I was doing all of the paperwork. While I don’t want anything to happen to my car again, I know where I’ll be bringing it if it does!

This was a very difficult time for me because i have never been in an accident before. Upon entering ST repair shop i was greated and treated like royalty by the staff.
