The car was supposed to be ready on February 21 and every week I called it was a different story they was waiting for the part to come in then they said they had the part and that it will be ready last week and it wasn't and when I called yesterday March 6 they said owe it still making a noise I had to make a seen to get the car yesterday so I got bad vibes from that but the car came out nice thanks for that

My car seems to have been fixed well and I appreciate the thorough job that S&T did. The only frustrating part of my experience was communication. I don’t know if it is usually handled more by S&T or by the Geico representative, but I received little to no (and some incorrect) information about the status of my
vehicle or when I might expect it to be finished. All in all, I am grateful that S&T provided a careful and good repair.
