I am once again worried since I've picked up my vehicle. As ALWAYS, something isn't right with my car. It has hesitated to start and each time it does start my radio stations and clock are reset. I'm spending all this money for the upkeep of my vehicle and its something new to fix everytime I come from the DEALERSHIP. I have always been told that the best care if directly from the dealer but it doesn't seem like that applies to me. I'm a single mom of 3 including an infant and I want to feel safe everytime we're riding in our vehicle. But I don't.

Michele greeted me at the door, and after a few questions, got GEICO and Enterprise folks working with me. A few days later on my return for my vehicle pickup, she walked my car with me, answering questions I had, reviewed my folder information with me and guided me to the payment window and was extremely courteous throughout my vists. I commend her for her customer service and thank her for being on the Ourisman Chevrolet Service team.
