I was updated on the progress every day. I was given an estimate of when the work would be done very quickly, and it was even done early. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend A1 to anybody who needs a body shop!

Aside from someone putting disgusting used candy wrappers in the cup holder--someone also had the nerve to open the navigation system to gain access to the audio settings to adjust the volume of the speaker system while they were driving my car--is that a necessary function to perform while repairing the damage to the rear bumper?
