The car had to go back into the shop due to glaring fitment issues. I was told it would be ready by Tuesday but I had to call on Wednesday for an update. Car was finished Wednesday but I couldn’t get there until Thursday. Fitment is a lot better. It’s not 100% but it’s very close and I probably wouldn’t notice if I didn’t know what it was in the shop for. My car was topped off with gas as a gesture of an apology which was nice. I would still bring a vehicle to this shop but I would definitely recommend a better QA and to make sure the customer is kept up to date a little better.

I couldn't be given a definite day when my car would be ready. I was told my car would be ready on 6/8, then I called on 6/11 it should be ready today waiting on a seal, didn't get my car back until 6/13. Poor communication. There is no need to call me.

After picking up my car I subsequently discovered the windshield wiper fluid does not spray out onto the windshield like it is supposed to. I added more fluid in case it was empty (I found the cap was not sealed when I opened the hood) but still cannot get the fluid to spray out. I suspect when new parts were installed when my car was repaired the hose(s) from the fluid container to the spray nozzles were not connected properly. I called almost 4.5 hours ago, left a message and have gotten no response. This continues a pattern of poor communication — when my car was serviced initially I got minimal feedback regarding when the repairs would be finished.
