Absolutely agree. **** Cadillac provides the best quality service I've had in years. Most recently, Mr. Calvin Wilson, Collision Manage, gave me an estimate, and completed the work a day earlier. It's quality people who provide quality work that makes **** Cadillac the most respected Cadillac dealer around.

It would be nice when a vehicle is returned if the vehicle was clean and all overspray or adhesive from tape was removed from glass and painted surfaces. I doubt that every customer has a clay bar and quick detail at home so they can remove the overspray from their windows and body panels. The repair itself appears to have been performed well. Unfortunately, my focus was on cleaning up all of the little details left behind from the work.

The car wasnof repaired properly there was a gap between the bumper and the door and please fix it tomorrow when my husband comes and give u the car and i already spoke with geico abt this.

It was written in my ‘Final Bill’ Remove/Replace License panel. Does that mean the license frame which is damaged was replaced? If so it is not true. The plate frame has not been replaced

This is not a closed service. I'm still in talks with ****'s repair persons as there were some things that I was not satisfied with. After it is resolved, I will do another survey. So far, the repair people have been accommodating in trying to resolve this to my satisfaction but it just hasn't been done yet.

Although the car was washed it was spotty dirty and it wasn't fixed completely the way wee understood it would be done. For a Cadillac dealer it wasn't that impressive.
