I was told car to be ready at 3. I got there at 3 car needed a bath, then when looking over repair noticed panel not snapped in correctly, so car went back in shop again. Long story short
I love the text updates but when I show up I expect carto be ready to go. Need to work on final inspection and meeting final pick up times
