My car WASN’T repaired like the text says; it was totaled. So I have no experience with your service on repairs. Whoever the man that went over my cars damage with me was rather rude considering I was just in an accident……and not in the best frame of mind. It might be every day businesses to him but first time accident customer here. He might want to think about who he’s talking to.

As I have gone thru life for this many years without extensive body repairs to my vehicles, I had never really established a relationship with any of the shops around. When Trew first opened in the 80s I had a question about something on the my car so I stopped and asked questions. The people at time were so helpful that I decided to make sure Trew would be my established repair place in the future. In those days the insurance companies had put the unfair burden on the claimant to use who they said. I believe that I was informed that I could go where ever. This repair was superbly accomplished. Even though our vehicle was deemed totaled we really appreciated the information you forwarded to our insurance company as to the condition of the truck in general and the advice as to what information we could give the insurance company so we could get the best return for the truck, it really helped!
Everyone we talked to in your office was really friendly and helpful. You even had to give us a jump start for our vehicle that we ended up trading in for a Subaru.

I've made it a point to ensure every friend, family member, and acquaintance is fully aware of my entire experience with Trew Auto Body. It's even more validating to show the chain of communication paired with the pictures of my vehicle being in essence deconstructed, and myself being cornered by Trew Auto Body. I understand my insurance company aided to this mess, but the way it was handled through Trew Auto Body was unethical, unprofessional, and from a place of greed. I know we all have a job to do, but I am on a mission to ensure no one ever has to suffer the same fate I did by using Trew Auto Body in the future. I am fully committed to pushing as much business as possible to another servicer. Please do not contact me to try to give any warm and fuzzys, it's a little late for that.
