Some things where missing from my car, and it seems like it was searched through. yes thank you for the fix the car looks great, but not good on the fact that things are missing.

One of the times that I called to check on the status of my vehicle, I was told that the car wasn't there and if I wanted to drop off the vehicle. The young lady's name was Arlis. Very disappointed and the Customer Service is VERY POOR.

The spare tire was left in my trunk and not placed back where it goes under the vehicle. The vehicle needs to be lifted in order to put the tire away or take out from where it it suppose to go.

Repairs took longer than planned, customer service was horrible, upon picking up my car a new dent was noticed which was not there before, then had to leave my car to fix again. Horrible place! Never again will do business with probody.

I will never recommend Probody to anyone and will never go back there. I got the car back 3 weeks after it was promised. My trunk lock/latch is damaged and the car logo sign plate along the running board on the driver side is damaged.

It took them almost 5 business day to fix it and they did not match the paint color correctly and other issues. I am still waiting for it to be re-done. I have not heard from the Geico's appraisal representative.

La reparacion del automovil estuvo satisfactoria. Sin embargo, el servicio prestado no tanto. Dos cosas, la primera, mi automovil fue entregado en condiciones no adecuadas, muy sucio. Las alfombras llenas del polvo que rodea el taller. Y en segundo lugar, en uno de mis compartimientos interiores del carro fueron tomado unos 10 dolares. La verdad la cantidad de dinero es insignificante, pero la falta de honestida es lo que marca la diferencia. Es lamentable estos hechos.

Did not satisfactorily repair bumper to the pre-accident state. I'm certain of this as the reason I actually went out of my to bring my vehicle back to Probody is because you put on the bumper on a previous visit, so I wanted to come back. The work on this most recent visit was not nearly as well-done. You also removed emblem lettering from my vehicle and did not replace it. Also returned vehicle with dirt/mud all over driver side floor mats from someone's shoes and all the construction. Paper mat covers cost pennies...invest in some! Just a complete lack of attention to detail and poor customer service once I reported this.

I feel that ordering parts took too long. It took two weeks to get from local dealers. The person who did the final walk through was not honest abt the delay and said that They had to get the parts from out of state where as I've seen the orders we placed with local dealers.
