There are dents all over my so called replace radiator. Not to mention the amount of clear coat over spray on my windshield, a-piler, driver and front and passenger side windows. They did not buff the paint. My interior of the windows were dripping water for some reason. I clearly had multiple conversations with the front desk explaining to them that if they needed more time it was no issue the gave me back a half done job I understand that there are parts missing and understand why but the product they did deliver was highly unsatisfactory. I have a 2019 my suv should not have been been replaced with brand new oem parts and should not have the moisture on the inside. No alignment was conducted. The engine was started at a minimum of 9 times in order to move the suv the oil in the engine should have been changed. After seeing the work conducted I do not know if I could trust them with my suv or any one else future requests

Did not get the work done I requested but got charged top dollar for minimal work. Will never refer Mach **** to anyone. Will tell people that this is a horrible place to get your vehicle worked on. My displeasure was voiced and no effort at all was taken to resolve my issues. Did not expect much but did not even get the professional courtesy of asking what could be done to make me a satisfied customer. Just the gesture would have gone a long way.
