The fixed bumper looks great. Since the estimate was reasonable you might want to give people estimates of other issues they have it ask them if they want them. I don't actually want it but just a marketing idea. Having someone assigned to valet the cars Bering turned around or brought in or out of your difficult to navigate small parking area would be helpful as you must realize that those of us coming are shaken up by a car accident and getting in and out of your facility is difficult. Friendly staff though. Over the top would be to help move things from own vehicles to rental and visa versa or an offer to do so. Thank you for allowing me to come after hours to get the vehicle out when it was done.

Unfortunately, I’ve been to First Choice a few times, never at fault, to get repairs done on my car. They always do a great job and provide great service. This specific time I informed my insurance claim agent that I want to take my car here because it was my First Choice. Hahaha.
