Very easy process between Geico, Enterprise and 1st Choice Collision. My car was ready ahead of time. I appreciated the constant updates.
There's an issue with the passenger side headlight. It has an annoying cutoff (beam pattern) and seems to vibrate while driving.
The repair work took two weeks after I was told 4-5 days. No updates or communication, I had to call to figure out what was going on. The delay cost me alot of money since I had to pay for a rental car
I'll drop by the shop. the parking sensors stick out (they were flush originally) and the bumper isn't flush with the side panels.

Bad communication. Rude people. And, a solid week to paint one bumper?! How hard could that have been? Apparently, it was like splitting an atom based on the confusion.

I didn't get a clear message when the repair was completed. The only messages I got were that the repair was close to completion. This led me to pick up the car a day late and cost me on the rental car.
Well, my car looks and operates like nothing happened. To me - it's amazing, considering the extent of damage. It took three weeks. I wish it was less than that, but I don't know if it's pissible :) All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, and the process was very well organized. I'm impressed.Thank you!
Staff was nice and the work looks good. I was in and out quick when dropping off and picking up.
In order to be completely satisfied I would have wanted the job done sooner and better communication. I dropped off Tuesday at 715. Was told ready Thursday’s. That moved for Friday. Then to Monday. Then to Tuesday and was competed at 4 Wednesday. I had to call to follow up on updates. I wouldn’t have minded as much but I was paying per day on a rental. Even a 25 dollar courtesy would have gone a long way.
After going to both I am going to go back to Randolph body and paint.

Touch up on a scratch on the drivers side door had not been done when I picked up the car. A worker quickly put a little paint on the scratch, but it doesn’t match the car color well and the scratch looks almost the same as before.
My car looks new. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. They communicated with me along the way.
