Groves Auto Body

I received a phone call from Groves Auto Body Wednesday regarding the $65 I paid the towing company out of my pocket. I had filed the towing bill with my insurance company for reimbursement. The Groves Auto Body rep (George?) said that he had contacted my insurance agent about the $65 and that it would be credited to my Groves Auto Body account instead of being processed by the agent. My wife picked up the repaired car Wednesday afternoon. I noticed on the receipt that the $65 had not been credited on the bill. I was going to call today to see if my insurance agent was going to process the towing reimbursement or if another arrangement had been made.

Very nice staff and did great work on my vehicle.

My vehicle was finished on time and I was very impressed with the emails on the process. Lupe was very nice and kept me updated. My vehicle was clean inside and out when I picked it up. And they did a wonderful job on the repairs. I will diffenttly recommend Groves Auto Body
