The estimated date of pick up was delayed twice which led to car rental fees and costs. . No one apologized or even called to inform me. I ended up calling to confirm pick up both times and then I was told the car was not ready. Great work, just not very professional.

I would assess the messaging system that keeps the customer in the loop (which I appreciated) so that the appropriate texts, emails, or phone messages only go out to the customer at the right time.
