Having your vehicle hit when you're not even in it can be a little stressful as it is, but from Mr. Morrill, the Geico Rep, to your body shop rep (Debbie) everyone was cordial and friendly and made the experience less "painful ". The work itself looks great, and the time to complete it was pretty fast. My only comment would be a little bit better cleanup if possible. no one even sits in the back and I had some dusty handprints on the inside of the door and backseat. Not a big deal but the absolute only thing thus far I can see that would need "improvement ". But again, I'll HIGHLY recommend your shop to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you!

Ed and Jims personnel, specifically Debbie insisted my deductible was $500 instead of $250. I told her it was $250, and advised her that her voicemail verified the same. Apparently she had some other customers information. Not very professional!

The repair was not satisfactorily done. Outside of car was covered with bird droppings and overall less clean than when it was dropped off. I heard a clicking on the way home that I did not hear when I dropped the car off. When I got home I noticed a large nail in the front passenger side tire ! I have to take time off again to return the car for the seal on the bumper to be replaced. Very disappointed.
