Nice. My only issue was how long it took for the repair to take place. We got an email on a Wednesday telling us our car was nearing completion. Then no communication. When I called on Friday I was told the car might be ready by the end of the day but it was not. When I called Monday I was
Told they were waiting on a part. If that was the hold up to getting the car done just tell me that from the beginning. I know you can’t always control that. That is my only concern with the repair process.

It went so much faster than I expected- I can't believe the new bumper came in and was installed on the same day. Both staff members I worked with were very professional, friendly and patient- they let me ask all of my questions and answered them fully. I will recommend Ed & Jim's in the future.

Awesome experience from the ease of changing my appointment online, to the drop off of my vehicle and having my rental there waiting for me, to Christopher being so professional and polite. Being kept updated of my repair status to end when I picked up my beautifully repaired vehicle nice, clean and washed! The ease of leaving my rental at the shop wear my repairs were done! Wow I'm blown away with the royal treatment!!!! I was given a professional looking folder with Christopher's name and number on a business card. A business card with Ed and Jim's repair shop phone number inside, and a folder with my repairs and warranty certificate! Kudos to Geico, Enterprise Rental and Ed and Jim's Repair Shop's awesome service experience!!!!!!
