Was emailed that car would be done on Friday but didn't pick it up until following Tuesday. Also, all parts were not in so I will need to go back to get those parts installed.

GREAT WORK!!!!!!! POOR PROMISES, COMPLETION DATES CHANGED 4 TIMES, BUT EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT
I was called by Keenen on Thursday with the quote of 1089 for my repairs (paint repair and a replacement tail light). I initially said yes and was fine with everything, but after about about an hour and looking at my financials, I decided I wanted to only do a portion of my repairs (the tail light). He had told me texting him was the most effective way to communicate, so I sent him a text. I got no response, so I tried calling him. After three different attempts calling his cell phone, I called the main office number and spoke with someone from the shop who then told me the paint repairs were already underway and I couldn't do anything at this point. I never heard from Keenen or anyone else until today, Monday, when I picked up my repairs and paid the full amount. While my car looks great at this point, I'm incredibly frustrated that I had to spend 1000 when I tried contacting my representative on four separate occasions and have still, even after picking up my car, not heard from him.
Great job keeping me updated weekly, getting my car done before estimated time and getting my car detailed. Very satisfied and glad I went through you guys! Keep up the great work.
