It took two attempts to complete the work on my vehicle and the finished results are still not up to par. The standard Radley Collision has for their work is low. It takes multiple attempts to get something correct that should have been done in the first place. Even when these issues are brought up to the company and Radley "supposedly" ensures their work for the lifetime of the vehicle, they refuse to acknowledge issues so they don't have to fix them or guarantee them. I don't feel that I should have to bring my vehicle back three times for the issues to finally be fixed, I expect quality work the first time.
They always do a great job. Not only on my Kia but my Mazda , as well love the work they do.
