The inability to accept checks made the finalization process inconvenient, especially because they didn’t mention it before hand. Also, once I came back with cash, they had no “change” available. Quite honestly, it seemed a bit shady. But the work on my truck, was top notch ‘

Pompey called me Friday afternoon to let me knwo that although the repairs were completed, they were not satisfied with the work. They apologized and asked if I didn't mind leaving the for a few more days until the job was completed to their satisfaction. They arranged for my rental extension, and before the promised date, I received a call to let me know the car was indeed ready. I picked it up and it looks GREAT!

Haven't needed work in 20 years and WOW, awesome experience!!! First off not to go around getting estimates was a little freightning. I thought maybe I would end up paying more or something... exactly like I was assured by (forgot his name),sorry :(. I left my car drove off in a zippy blue enterprise car, got a call a few hours later as to what the damage was and have a nice day we will call you when all done! Got the call few days later, walked in paid ONLY my deductible and drove away in my black beauty :) it truly was a hassle free, pleasurable experience. Almost makes me want to get "keyed" again! Thank you. ????

Hello ,
Paint perfect, spacing of trim as hood to fender as to grill, and areas under the fenders , one support cup is missing but I will install , the door which I was worried about turned great well pleased .
now here is something funny I put a bag of trash in the back of the truck to take to the dumpster and I forgot to take it to the dumpster so it was in the truck all of the time you were repairing I was wondering if your repair man was smelling something pretty bad in looking at your coworkers thinking you take a bath funny but true ha ha ha
