Dealing with geico was very aggravating to handle my repair. I was told someone would QA the work, but no one did and the repairs are not fixed to quality standards. Also, new issues on my car have now shown up do to careless work. Paint has to be fixed in places other than the repair spot. Now I have to bring the car back in which is very inconvenient and frustrating. Not to mention my new car now smells like oil on the inside and is very dusty as well. Not happy.

The hitch you replaced the handle had scratches. I was so upset upon picking up my car Saturday the guy offered to buff it out...i declined as I was in a hurry & was frustrated. Today when I got to work I notice the wiring for the tag light was hanging below the bumper I put it up in the bumper and the mudflap was only replaced on the passenger side there just isn't one on the drivers side anymore!!! Recommend you??? I think not! Never again.
