Santa Cruz Auto Body did a wonderful job fixing my car and keeping in touch with updates, once my estimate came in. However, I dropped my car off on Monday, January 31st and it wasn't until after I called on Thursday, Feb3rd that I got an estimate. I believe that my car was overlooked and it wasn't until I called that it was realized. I am very happy with the end result and very happy with Crystal keeping me updated.

My experience was fantastic. I know that might sound over the top, but the Geico adjuster was great, the enterprise rental person was too, and the shop staff and techs were fabulous. Very kind, friendly, and just super nice. Oh, by the way, my car repair was finished a DAY early. This was important because it was before the Thanksgiving holiday, and it avoided me a hassle when picking up my daughter from SFO. I'm telling everyone how great they are!!!!!
