my truck was in the shop for a week for repairs and Sanders took care of everything i needed done to include oil change, tire rotation, detail and body work. paint came out looking awesome although my front bumper wasn't aligned properly and after i said something, they took it to the back and got it taken care of right away without hesitation. left Sanders as one happy camper!

This was my first car accident so I had no idea what I was going into. The staff at Sanders Ford made me feel at ease. They answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and were super nice! They did such a great job with my car. I was so nervous picking it up, but it looks like it did when I drove it off the lot! I can't even tell where the damage was now. Thank y'all so much! If I ever do need anymore work done I will definitely be coming back!

The estimated completion date was one week later than the vehicle was actually completed I received a phone call 3:00 on a Friday that the vehicle was ready for pick up and I live about an hour and a half away. I think there could have been a better estimate of date of completion and better communication on the date of completion. I had to wait until Monday to pick up the vehicle. I left cell work and another contact number. I received a text at around 11am for a estimated completion date of one week later and a phone call 4 hours later that the vehicle was done. Frustrating

The guys in the shop did an excellent job. Special shoutout to Heather and Kevin for keeping me posted on the guys progress and making sure the deadline was exceeded, because my daughter had to come home from school (Greenville) and drive back after picking up the car. The collision department personnel were friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what I expected. They bent over backwards to please me.
