Best work by the collision center! Although I don't own a Ford, I trust only Sanders Ford Collision center with any body work that I might need. My insurance company referred me to them the very first time and I was so pleased with their work, I'll never go to any other place. Also, the collision center office staff is and has been so helpful, professional, and friendly.
My car was turned in on Monday morning and completely repaired by Thursday evening. Due to having parts being preordered and on hand prior to turning in vehicle for repairs was less burden on the customer. Thanks for being professional and constantly keeping me updated throughout your process by text messages helped me plan my days better while my car was being repaired. Thanks again

I am currently working on a formal letter detailing all of my concerns since I originally purchased my vehicle from Sanders Ford two years ago. I've also called Mr. Riggs today on his personal cell phone and left a voicemail expressing my interest in setting up a meeting to express my concerns especially in the Customer Service aspects. He never returned my call.
