I went to pick up the vehicle and upon inspection found scratches on the rear bumper, and a bolt cover was broken and the rear passenger seat belt on the drivers side was cut. These three issues were told to the representative at that time. Upon further inspection when I got home, I noticed that both left and right rear fender wells are not fully fastened with the wheel wells and wobble easily, there is a white plastic piece at the bumper that looks like it is missing two fasteners. It also feels like the new paint is rougher than the old paint. I plan on stopping by in the morning (Friday the 31st) to address these issues.

When asked how long will it would take to complete the job , give a realistic
Estimate. I am aware there are unforeseen things but from my own experiences it would be better to tell them a little longer. And be the hero when it comes in earlier. On a scale of one to ten I would give you a 9 I would not hesitate to use you again or recamend you to anyone.

So I picked up our truck today and brought it home, upon arrival looking at the bottom of the rear quarter panel that was repaired I noticed two really bad finish spots, and the textured finish on the bottom was removed... So our truck was at your place for 3 days and I had to rent a car so now I need to bring it back tomorrow for a redo, who is going to pay the bill for another rentals car?

This is one place that cares about service and they care of the customers with excellence. In my case this time because of a problem with the paint not coming out right they took care of the rental car bill that the insurance did not cover. I will recommend them to anyone.

I had a small paint job on the fuel door on my F150. The repair was less than 100.00 and Jacob treated me as if I was spending thousands of dollars. Having worked for a Ford dealership in Knoxville for 28 years I would have liked to have had a team of Jacobs.
