I’m happy with the service. Just. A big changes would be that I found slight scuffs of paint off the bumper. Although I knew a used would be replaced I wish it would’ve been more flawless I appreciate the car wash while it is only a collision place the last collision place I went to actually detail the interior as well and offered to pick up and drop me off to my needed destination and picking up the vehicle.

The first time i dealt with CBW was in 2004, they repaired extensive damage to my brand new car and i swore if i ever had another accident I’d be using them. Recently i had a brand new Lexus with rear end damage and again decided to use CBW. Their attention to detail and quality of work is excellent and if by some unforeseen chance i have another accident I’ll be using CBW again! Great work guys and thank you!

Repairs were done Friday. Had to rent car 3 additional days. Was called at 3pm Monday it was finished. Had to rush to pick up by closing. You being short staffed and costs me hundreds of dollars on rental car.
