My car was fixed well, cleaned, and overall wonderful. Great job. Will absolutely return. My only complaint is that I asked them not to call during my grandpa’s visitation and then funeral - and those were the only times I was called. Otherwise, things were great.

You cant make me completely satisfied with my overall repair experience. It was not fixed correctly when returned to me and you only get one chance to make a first impression. I may have to bring it back a third time but I'm leaning towards taking it somewhere else. Based on my experience and your apparent lack of attention to detail and or quality control I really dont want to come back

Everything looked great and it seems to run fine. The people that I talked to were all very nice and helpful. I liked how well they worked with the Insurance company as well. Between the insurance company and Blossom it made a crappy situation easy to deal with. And for that I thank you!! Keep up the great work.

The estimate was $130 below the actual charge. The office could only account for a $30 increase, comped me $20. But they couldn't tell me which items or labor accounted for such major increase. I felt like I was either not getting answers, or I was being taken advantage of.
