Took a very long time for repairs. Completion date was change 7 times. Nothing outside of a sorry was offered for the inconvenience and unprofessional pattern of date changes. Interior of the vehicle has dirty finger prints. Belongings were gone through and multiple foreign papers were found inside the vehicle unknown origin but were for rental of a vehicle. I hope that is not what my vehicle was used for during the time in their possession.
The staff was great. I also appreciate receiving the regular updates on my cars repair process.
Everyone was so nice and informative. I was kept up to date about every step of my repair process. The only part of this whole process that went smoothly was choosing Classic Collision for my repair needs. My car looks great! If you didn’t know it you would never know my car had been in an accident. Oh and the cherry on top...my car was cleaned so well it looked like it just rolled out off the showroom floor. Thanks to your entire team!! If I ever need repairs in the future you will be my first phone call.

I am very pleased with the repair of my vehicle and the customer service that I received. I would definitely recommend Classic Collision to everyone who needs repair work done to their vehicle. I thought good service was no where to be found. You all proved me wrong.
I have never in my life experience the worst customer service than at classic collision. This company is clearly all about how much money they can get out of its customers, when mistakes are made on their behalf they do not own it , They put it back on the customer and clearly state that there’s nothing that they can do. I was recommended to classic collision and assume it was because of there stellar service but to find out Service is not their strong suit. My car was initially sent to the stone mountain location for repairs I was called by this location and informed that they could not get to my vehicle in a timely manner and would I be OK if my vehicle is transferred to the Morrow location this process took a week to happen which delayed Service was anything done about this NO. When my vehicle arrived at the location there were still delays in communication from classic collision and the insurance company. I expressed my concerns with the insurance company and asked if they could extend my rental due to the delays in communication that they caused they understood that I was the customer so they extend it five additional days for a rental. I expressed my concerns with classic collision had supporting data of delays they caused and my only response from Tyrone was unfortunately there’s nothing that we could do. My car sat on the lot completed for 15 days and they would not release it because because classic collision wanted to charge increase prices which they stayed it is industry-standard but did not have any documentation to back this up. The insurance company did their part and paid the prices which were given to them but they want to nickel and dime you for every cent. Not thinking of me the customer who has been waiting on his car since before Christmas and it’s now March, and I’ve paid over 700 hundred dollars in rental expenses. Now I have to come out and pay the 300 dollars that they have kept my car for because they couldn’t extra money from the insurance company on top of my deposit. I have never been treated so rudely, I have never been so inconvenienced, I strongly believe you should take your staff through customer service training and equip them with knowledge of what they can do for the customer so they won’t feel like you all are ripping them off . Your new manager at your Morrow location Tyrone should be the first one to sign up for this training class, the only person that has a sense of customer service is the receptionist and her name is Valerie.
My plan is to let everyone I know about my experience, I am very well-connected with in the community and you can guarantee everyone will know about this experience. I have called the corporate office left a message on the district manager phone he has yet to response to me. This has been so stressful and if someone would have attempted to understand and make this situation right and own when they are wrong then me the customer would feel somewhat better.
Val made everything so easy. She explained everything from the work to be done, the time frame of completion,how the insurance will work and the handling of the rental car. I would recommend my friends and family to come here for any repair needs.

My suggestions would be don’t give completion date until the vehicle is completely ready. I was given at least 4 different dates, however they did such a good job that all is forgiven,and I will continue to take my vehicle to Classic Collision... My truck looked amazing.
