Overall I had a great experience working with Spring Mall Auto Body-from the first time I brought my car in for an estimate to when I picked it up-they treated me with respect and courtesy. I would definitely go back to them again if I needed work done to my car. The only thing I would mention is that I had my favorite bumper sticker on the back of my car and I realized that a few hours after I picked it up it was gone. It was a magnet sticker so it is easy to take off and maybe someone forgot to put it back on after they cleaned the car. It is not the end of the world but I was a little sad that I lost my sticker.

A headlight had to be replaced on this 10 year old car. The new headlight made it obvious the other headlight was a foggy. It would have been nice if I had been notified and had the opportunity to have it buffed out which I only learned is a possibility when I went to pick the car up.

Everyone was nice. Everything happened so fast. 10 minutes to drop off the car five minutes to pick it up. Adjuster inspection and rental car all in the same facility. All paperwork filled out, in advance. I'm so impressed. And the workmanship? Unbelievable. It's like the accident never happened. Thank you for a great experience.

The car was finished 24 hours before the estimated time. Now, that is super efficient! Two days after the car was picked up we could not open the rear driver's side door. I just returned from getting it fixed while I waited. It took less than an hour and the fellow who brought it to the front was really congenial. Everyone acted as true professionals.
