Everything was great, from my initial contact to my last. Just one recommendation. I really liked the text updates but I rec'd one in the morning that said my car was 55% complete and on track, which would mean another 2-3 business days. I got a call later that same afternoon, on a Friday, that my car was ready, which was great but I couldn't rearrange my schedule to get it. So I iAd to wait until Monday to get it. I suggest making the completion percentages a little more representative of the actual % complete. It seems they're currently based on the time left relative to the initial estimated time to complete. Thanks.

I was extremely satisfied with the service received. Action Auto Body went above and beyond. My vehicle was repaired beyond satisfaction and returned to me having been cleaned as an additional courtesy. The customer service was excellent and I was treated very well by all of the staff.
