Some of the trim that was removed from the vehicle was not properly placed back its loose and or not properly secure
No happy about this repair at all. The car looks ok when you look at it from 5-10 ft away but when you look at the detail of the car. All the panels you guys repaired all have issues like paint scratches, clear coat not fully covered, panels still shows dents, tons of swirl marks on each panel and that shouldn’t happen on fresh new paint, and more. Also, the coolant warning pops up while I was on the way home. I found out the coolant level is slow. One the invoice it shows both headlight were replaced ($600 each)but I still see scratches on my headlight and I don’t think you guys ever replaced. I will be able to confirm that once I match the SN number. There are just too many imperfections on this repaire and I took lots of photos of each issue and I am preparing a pdf document for you and insurance company to review. I’m not happy about this repaire at all. My Benz glc 300 is only 3 months old with 1900 miles on the clock.
I was very nervous when I got to Service King, and then the receptionist greet me and she said that they would take care of me so I started to feel in good hands. I thought that the process would be annoying and hard but I was surprisingly easy. And at the end the result was amazing, thank you so much for an excellent service, I will sure recommend Service King.

First and foremost I went there because of my insurance I picked that out because it was a close location to where I live. .when I first got there I made it very clear that I wanted to repair my window but that I wanted an original Honda piece . ..Omar the technician at Service King in Monterey Park said yes of course it's going to be the original piece and gave us a price quote of about 250 for just the window and in my opinion It was very cheap because I called Honda and they said it was going to be about $330 for just the window so I confirmed again with Omar about it being the original piece and he said yes at the end of the day I confirmed with him about 7 or 8 times about it being an original Honda piece .. Because I was surprised the price was so low since the price was going to be so low I was going to end up saving money so I decided I wanted to get a dent on my car repaired I thought it would be about $600 but Omar said and that he can make it cheaper by just taking the dent out instead of repainting it but that it would be a third-party service because the guy that takes care of those repairs travels around various service shops Omar then said he would get me a price quote as soon as the guy showed up ..well even though my car required only a window repair and a dent repair it took almost 2 weeks to get fixed there was a problem regarding the window I guess where they ordered it first it didn't arrive then they had to reorder it from another place and I had to wait two more days for it to arrive and get fixed that wasn't the only problem the problem is that when I got there and saw my car the window piece wasn't an original piece I even asked them again is it original and he thought he fooled me by telling me that it is original but that since it didn't go through Honda it doesn't have the Honda stamp ...the only reason I ended up choosing that shop was because of the price he gave me but he told me it was going to be an original piece I am very very dissatisfied not only did I wait 2 weeks but I received something that I didn't get guaranteed and I had to pay a higher price than I would have at another shop where the window was going to be $125 and the service was going to be $50 so that was going to be $175 and done in 2 days ..not 2 weeks!!! I am very displeased and I will never be coming back here or recommending people to come to the shop! I don't know how someone ..an employee to be exact can guarantee you something and then not follow through with what he guarantees but charge you the price of an item that wasn't given to you.

Never a good time when the car has to be taken in for body work. My insurance company gave me a list of body shops and after a little due deligence I picked Service Kings in Monterey Park. My experience with them exceeded the positive reviews I read. My car was ready sooner than promised and was detailed and ready for the streets. Even my engine was steamed cleaned. My car is 3 years old and looks brand new now. So yeah, I’m very happy with Service King and the work they did.
